Anna Birnie-Lefcovitch

Anna Birnie-Lefcovitch is an assistant in the Office of the Vice-Principal (Research and International Relations) at McGill University. She has long been interested in international development issues and has assisted in preparing proposals and managing large-scale projects led by university researchers.  Her knowledge of international relations and development evolved through volunteer and paid positions with the Institute for International Affairs, the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade and the G8 Research Group.  As an undergraduate student, she was the World University Service of Canada Coordinator at Victoria University College, University of Toronto.  Anna completed her Master’s in Canadian social history at Dalhousie University in 2006.
